As an Incident manager, you will

  • Fix the root cause and analyze incidents to identify the reason and implement preventive measures that improve system reliability and security;
  • Work together with the team to build strong, dependable relationships with your team and clients to ensure smooth, successful outcomes;
  • Manage the risk by proactively monitoring systems to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of hardware and software;
  • Report and monitor the outcomes by developing dashboards, tracking system performance, and delivering clear, actionable insights through accurate team reporting;
  • Maintain service reliability by leading efforts to ensure uninterrupted service during incidents, ensuring the team meets SLAs and delivers on customer expectations.
